To complete your experience, a set of services is offered.
BREAKFAST
We suggest completing your stay with the breakfast option. Breakfast is delivered to your villa. Choose this option 1 morning, 2 mornings or every morning during your stay: a full, tasty and colorful breakfast.
ON THE MENU: Savory side, sweet potato pancakes, fried egg, bacon and maple syrup or Parmesan toast and its creamy avocado or salted waffle with cod butter. On the sweet side, brioche with chocolate chips or pancakes and its passion fruit jam or tourniquet cake or guava cheesecake.
Breakfast includes: 1 salty dish (to choose from the proposed menu), 1 sweet dish (to choose from the proposed menu) and a tropical fruit salad.
FLOATING BRUNCH
Live a unique and memorable experience… A brunch with tropical flavors is served on a floating tray on the day you want during your stay.
ON THE MENU: - Small Burger (turmeric bread, homemade mayonnaise, caramelized onions, fried banana, smoked chicken, salad), - Creole makis (turmeric rice, breaded shrimps, fried banana, country onions), - Salted French toast (bread parmesan cheese, fried egg, bacon cream cheese, avocado, country onions, maple syrup drizzle), - Bowl (Salad, quinoa, pan-fried carrot and zucchini, cucumber, tomato salsa, - marlin ceviche pineapple or beef samosas), - Banana bread, - Chocolate cake and peyi nougat, - Sweet pancakes (passion cream, fried banana with cinnamon sugar, scrunchies), - Guava mousse, - Donut filled with compote of mango. You choose your dishes!
The Floating Breakfast includes: 2 savory dishes (to choose from the proposed menu), 2 sweet dishes (to choose from the menu), a local fruit juice, tropical fruits.
DINNER
On the day of your arrival or the day of your choice, let yourself be tempted by a healthy and delicious meal. Your meal delivered to your villa. Choose this option once, twice or every night during your stay. A colorful and gourmet cuisine ... As soon as you arrive, appreciate the welcoming little planter waiting for you by the pool, let yourself be lulled by the lovely song of the frogs and enjoy a delicious meal!
PRIVATE CHIEF AT HOME
Chef for several years, our chef offers a Private Chef service and an exceptional meal delivery service on the Seacove & Seaside Villas estate.
Its Franco-Caribbean cuisine is both colorful, creative and made from Peyi fruits and vegetables and aromatic plants ... A cuisine full of flavor and refinement.
Our chef uses all his know-how, his passion and his high standards to offer exceptional cuisine accessible to all.
Two Formulas are available: The exceptional menu delivered by the Chef himself or privatization of the Chef at the villa for the preparation of the Exceptional Menu.
